This system can orientate the sapphire or other crystal sample, the sample’s weight should within30kg and its size should between 2~8 inches.

YX-2H8 can be optionally configured with different worktable YA YBYD YE according to different needs.

System precision is ±30", digital display, minimum reading is 10".

It is mainly used for silicon single crystal and sapphire pillar surface and chip inspection, it can afford 1~30kg crystal bar, the bar diameter size can achieve 2~8inch, it also can inspection 2~8inch crystal chip.

YB Worktable

It is mainly used for the silicon single crystal and sapphire end surface inspection. The worktable used V-groove design, and can automatically adjust the width of the V-shaped groove, in order to facilitate the different big size cylindrical crystal 360° rotating on the worktable. It can afford 1~30kg crystal bar, the bar diameter size can achieve 2~8inch, the end surface Max size can achieve 500mm,  it also can inspection 2~8inch crystal chip.

It is mainly used for inspecting silicon single crystal and sapphire cylindrical reference surface, the position of air suction plate uses open design, overcome the problem of suction plate stopping X ray and positioning failure, meanwhile it can inspect different size ship reference side. The suction pump on worktable can suck 2~8 inch crystal chip.

It is mostly used for measuring the silicon single crystal and sapphire chip, the chip on worktable can be rotated by manual, such as 0°, 90°, 180°, 270°, etc. It can meet the customers' special requirements on measuring the chips.
