Product Introduction

DT6200 pen hardness tester is a ultraminiature vibration measuring instrument. It can measure affective value of vibration speed. Any machinery vibration cased by unbalance, misalignment, looseness and gear/bearing faults can be measured by this instrument. Light, small and portable, YV200 is the ideal tool for equipment condition detection.

 

DT6300 pen hardness tester is a ultraminiature vibration measuring instrument, it can measure 3 parameters: vibration acceleration, speed and displacement, it also can measure machinery vibration cased by unbalance, misalignment, looseness and gear/bearing faults. YV260 is light, small and portable. It adopts the metal case to reach very high anti-interference ability, it is the ideal tool for equipment condition detection.

 

The accelerated speed of DT6300 pen hardness tester can be shifted between high and low frequency, so this make it possible for judging the faults of rolling bearing and gear box. Measure the high frequency value(HI) and low frequency value(LO) of vibration acceleration and compare the two values: If HILO, the vibration is mainly cased by low frequency, we should judge by speed standard, it maybe the shaft faults, such as rotor imbalance, shaft bending, shaft misalignment and basic looseness, etc; if HI is larger 5 times than LO, the vibration is mainly cased by high frequency, it may be cased by faults of shaft and gear, such as rolling bearing wear and gear tooth break.    

 

The vibration source of all kinds of mechanical vibrations comes from physical design, manufacture, installation, debugging and environment. The vibration must cause structure fatigue damage, components wear and impact failure, etc. For low frequency vibration, it mainly cased by displacement failure of fatigue strength failure property; for the high frequency vibration more than 1KHz, it may be cased by impact force and resonance damage. The theory proves that the fatigue of vibration components is proportional to vibration speed; energy of vibration is proportional to vibration speed squared; the transmission of energy led to wear and other faults. Therefore in the vibration assessment criteria, whether from fatigue damage nor from wear and other defects, speed is the best measuring standard.  

 

By measuring the vibration speed of rotating machinery and comparing with vibration severity criterion(10Hz~1kHz) –ISO2372, we can know the operation condition of equipments.

DT6100 uses piezoelectric acceleration transducer to convert vibration signal into electric signal. Then by analyzing input signal, results including RMS of velocity values, peak-peak value of displacement, peak values of acceleration or real-time spectral charts are displayed or printed out. It can not only measure the three parameters, but also for rotational speed measuring.

The vibration meter is designed to test conventional vibration, especially the vibration test in rotating and reciprocating machines. It can be used not only to test the acceleration, velocity, and displacement of vibration as well as rev (or inherent frequency), but also perform simple failure diagnosis.

The technical specifications of YV400 comply with the requirements of GB 13823.3. YV400 is widely used in machinery, power, metallurgy, automobile and other industrial fields.
