Features

The instrument uses two types of work table: unilateral work table and bilateral work table. The unilateral work table is used for crystal bar splicing. The splice machine matched with cutting machine to be used for cutting by AT shape, crystal bar is orientated by big R surface, and it uses micrometer for micro adjustment, layer number's lifting up and down stands by the cushion bar which correspond to the crystal bar.

Crystal bar is stuck on the " + X" plane of material board. One side of the bilateral table is for material splicing, the other side 300 Model orientation instrument for orientating the crystal chip after cutting.

YXL-3 crystal splice orientation instrument's working principle is as same as YXL-2, except for the crystal bar is stuck upwards on the "-X" plane of material board.
