(1) Construction and function of testing crystal bar clamp:

Standard platform: it is fixed on the host machine panel, used for the horizontal platform when testing the sample.The right side of the base platform for locating surface, left platform for clamping, there is stretching screw on the left clamping device, the equipment matched clamp put on the base platform during testing.

(2) Measuring the < A > surface: crystal main reference < A > surface orientation: it can measure crystal bars for 2, 4, 6 inch in diameter,  surface θ angle 18.917°(18 ° 55 '00 ") (or according to customers requirement ,use the C or R direction).

①The calibration of instrument:use standard crystal bar calibration instrument. θ Angle of the crystal〈A〉surface:18.917 ° (18 ° 55 ′00 ")

②After clean the clamp which hold crystal bar ,and put it on the standard platform of the instrument for adjusting its front and back position, in order to enable the x-ray exposure on the outside surface of the crystal bar, and fix the screw on the left side of rotated standard platform.Open the X-ray shutter, and let the crystal bar rotating slowly inside of the clamp to find the peak value .When the μA meter find the best status (i.e the Max.value), make sure the crystal bar not move,and clamp it tightly.

③Move out the clamp from the instrument ,and move it to the grinding platform for grinding its surface.

④Auto lifting test.
